Having been brought up around horses, business startups, and construction gives Rebecca Skeeles Jacobs the upper hand to specialize in the areas of equine law, business law and consulting, contracts, construction and commercial transactions, real estate, and estate planning. She currently serves as an Associate Attorney with the Eques Law Group and manages their Delaware legal office.

Rebecca is a graduate of the Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, and she earned her Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School. Rebecca is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky. Rebecca Skeeles has competed with Arabian horses at the national and regional level her entire life. She understands equine law and represents clients on equine law in all aspects from purchase agreements, contracts, and negotiations to negligence.
