Stockhands partners with local schools to provide students with an opportunity to learn and thrive in an atypical learning environment. The program focuses on hands-on, real-life application of writing, mathematics, and life skills as students develop a bond with and care for their assigned horse throughout the session.

Lessons are customized for each group of students and designed to meet specific classroom objectives. Many students enrolled in the program have struggled within the confines of a traditional classroom environment.

The program is currently open to middle and high school students through their local school.
