A long-time Delaware County resident and Marine Corps Veteran, Tim Funk along with his Co-Founder Lisa Benton started Stockhands Horses for Healing to create a place of belonging in Delaware County and the surrounding areas, where people could receive therapeutic equine-assisted therapies.

A 2022 inductee in the Ohio Veterans Hall of Fame for his work with Veterans in the Central Ohio area, he continues his passion for serving in the work he continues to do with Stockhands and the Community.
